Is it worn on the neck or on the wrist?
It arrives as a pendant on the leather lanyard — neck, bag, or belt. The conversion kit, free in this batch, lets you wear the same watch on your wrist. You decide day by day.
How long does the battery last?
Up to 7 days of normal use. A full charge takes about 4 hours through the magnetic cable, which snaps onto the back on its own — no plug to line up.
Does it work with iPhone and Android?
Both. Pairing runs through the FitCloudPro app over Bluetooth 5.4, available on the App Store and Google Play.
Does the voice assistant need internet?
No. Recognition runs on the watch itself, so commands work with no signal. Anything pulling live data — the weather, for instance — needs your phone connected.
Can it really open my door?
It stores NFC access cards, so it works with readers that accept standard cards — many residential buildings, offices, and gyms. Encrypted corporate badges and transit cards usually cannot be copied. Worth testing yours first.
Can I shower or swim with it?
No. 3ATM covers rain, splashes, and hand washing. Take it off in the shower, the pool, and the sea — hot water and pressure are what kill sealed electronics.
Do SORELYNE straps fit it?
With the wrist kit fitted, yes: Steel Series, silicone with a Bioceramic case, and full Bioceramic. Steel and Bioceramic use removable links; silicone adjusts through the buckle holes.
