Delivery

• Colors and finishes may look slightly different from the photos because of screens, lighting and production batches.
• Free gifts depend on availability and may be sent in the closest available color.

Returns and problems with your order

• Contact our support team first and include your order number. We ask for photos or videos of the item and packaging.
• Do not send items to the address on the package. It is not our return address. We will send you return instructions.
• For change-of-mind returns, you arrange and pay the full cost of return shipping. We do not provide prepaid return labels for these returns, except where the law of your country requires otherwise.
• If something arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us and we will find a solution with you.
